Privacy

What we collect. When you run a check we store the firm name, website, city, niches and service you entered, plus the answers the models returned. We store a one-way hash of your IP address to enforce the daily check limit. We do not store the raw IP.

Email. If you give us an email we store it so we can send you the report link and follow up about the service. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

Third parties. Prompts are sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity to produce the answers. Email is sent through Resend. Client data lives in our database. Monitoring reports are produced on an agency reporting platform.

Scorecard links. A scorecard URL is unlisted and marked noindex, but anyone with the link can open it. Share it with that in mind.

Cookies. We set a session cookie only when you sign in to the portal. No advertising trackers.

Deletion. Email [email protected] and we will remove your checks, lead record and account within seven days.
